I build production AI and LLM systems for learning software. Over twenty years in software engineering, seven of them on learning platforms.

This is where I think out loud about software, AI, leadership, and the systems that connect them. I write because it forces clarity on ideas that would otherwise stay half-baked, and because the best conversations start when someone puts an imperfect thought into the world.

I’ve spent my career building software and the teams that build software. Along the way I’ve collected opinions on architecture, AI, engineering culture, and many things in between.
